At Cusack Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the lighting fixture is securely packed in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
